In Brazil , our social responsibility

programme is helping local

communities thrive while caring

for a protected ecological area .

THE WAYS OUR TEAMS ARE SUPPORTING

THE PLACES THEY CALL HOME

At Pinkenba , around 30 kg of food

and reading materials were delivered

to the Calamvale Community

Church , while our Melbourne head

off ice contributed 20 kg of groceries

to Foodbank Victoria . What made

these drives meaningful was that

they were initiated and led by

employees who wanted to support

their local communities .

In Australia , the holiday season

was made brighter thanks to

employee - led collection drives .

Across our sites , teams

gathered non - perishable food

and books to support local

organisations serving families

in need .

On the community front , 100 % of

payable local tax is channelled into

youth programmes from classical

ballet , arts and crafts to sports

for young people with disabilities .

We also support Children ’ s Day

celebrations and create safe

recreational spaces for young

people .

Employee volunteers stepped up by

participating in a clothing collection

and donation campaign to benef it

families in need of support .

On the environmental front ,

we work with a local

foundation to restore a

nearby protected forest . This

includes clearing and revitalising

degraded spaces , planting native

species , installing educational

signage and maintaining a

stingless - bee breeding site to

boost biodiversity .
