At Polisy , first aid training

and the Golden Rules are part

of our daily culture , which is

why the team was able to

respond instinctively when

it mattered most .

That conf idence was put to the ultimate

test at our Polisy malthouse in France .

When a colleague went into cardiac

arrest , four team members who had

completed their f irst aid training

responded immediately .

Knowing exactly how to provide

emergency f irst aid , they helped

save a life . What could have been

a devastating moment became a

powerful reminder of why this

training matters , both at work

and far beyond it .

We see f irst aid training as an everyday

life skill that empowers our people to act

with conf idence when seconds matter .
