business , helping teams understand and
apply our new values and their associated
behaviours .
Graduate and internship programmes across
multiple countries continue to accelerate
the career growth of young professionals .
By welcoming interns from a wide range
of disciplines , including agronomy ,
sales , maintenance and operations , we
contribute meaningfully to their educational
development while giving them hands - on
experience in the malting industry .
Although each programme is designed
locally , all provide early career talent
with opportunities to explore diverse
roles , learn from our teams and gain
insight into the many pathways that
malt can offer .
By giving young professionals real exposure
to our operations , we actively attract the
next generation of maltsters and build the
capabilities our industry needs for the future .
