BUILDING A CULTURE

OF RESPONSIBLE WASTE

MANAGEMENT

The programme introduces a clear ,

standardised way to identify and separate

waste streams , from hazardous and

industrial waste to organics and malting

by - products , supported by practical site -

level exercises .

The impact is already visible : more

accurate data , and a stronger culture

of operational discipline and circular

economy thinking . Some 123 employees

across 13 countries have completed the

programme so far .

Moving closer to zero waste to landf ill

by 2030 is not only a target , it is a

mindset . This year , we launched a

structured , hands - on waste - sorting

and management training programme

across our sites .
